KerMac recently manufactured and supplied toilet cubicles and wall linings for the new bar which has taken over a prime waterfront location — previously home to Kermadec restaurant. The renovation project involved 13 toilet cubicles, two full height accessible cubicles and 6mm compact laminate wall linings for several areas.
The photos above show KerMac's K-Primo cubicle system, which features duel stainless steel bullet style pedestals and 13mm Laminex compact laminate 'Oyster Linea' panels.
Also shown is the Permanent K-Wall Lining System which is a 6mm phenolic resin compact bonded directly to the wall. This system is available in White, Light Grey and Almond colours, with an extended range of over 40 colours on order. Warm White was chosen for this project. Its sheet size is an easy to handle 2440 x 1240mm, and KerMac is able to provide either white PVC jointers or powder coated aluminium jointers to match chosen sheet colours.
"This system is now a very viable option in terms of cost when compared to more traditional wall linings and we expect its popularity to increase rapidly as we educate the market of its benefits," says Managing Director, Kerry McAuliffe. "It provides the necessary features such as impact and graffiti resistance with low maintenance requirements long term, while keeping a tight budget in mind."
KerMac provides the option of either pre-assembled kit sets which can be easily self-installed for projects outside of the Auckland region or full installation as usual (excluding wall linings) within the Auckland region.
