A popular choice for (but not limited to) outdoor rooms, Glaslide sliding doors are a perfect addition to an outdoor living area, enabling a comfortable space, all year round.
Outdoor spaces are increasingly being looked at for greater useability and flexibility, New Zealand has to deal with changeable weather and frequent cool winds which interferes with this. So, Juralco's New Zealand designers have been focusing on creating even better weather protection for their louvre roof systems, coming up with these stunning glass doors for enclosing outdoor rooms.
New Zealand has many different wind zones throughout the country and this has been factored into this NZ designed and manufactured sliding door, enabling it to be a choice for many, even in traditionally exposed regions.
Coming as double and triple track options, the easy foot operated Glaslide doors are available in two, three, four or six-panel configurations which move seamlessly on 22mm low bottom tracks, automatically locking in place as they slide past each other. High-quality tandem nylon and stainless-steel rollers are used and all extrusion can be powder coated in a wide range of Dulux Colours.
Glass panels come in a range of thicknesses and sizes, with maximum widths and heights determined by the locations wind zone. The maximum weight of a frameless glass panel is 120kgs and they are available in 10mm, 12mm and 15mm thicknesses, in accordance with NZS4223.3.206.
Additional design details such as 55mm glass panel overlap for additional wind or rain protection, and available options such as integrated LED lighting into side or track guides ensure this is the latest in optimal design.
