The dimensionally stable construction and high-density core is ideal for high traffic commercial and residential environments with low maintenance and quick installation.

The patented layered construction of the COREtec XRC is also waterproof, scratch-resistant and reduces sound transmission. Designed with locking edges, there is no need to glue this down, limiting the floor preparation, installation time and labour costs.

The attached cork underlayment provides a 21dB impact sound reduction making it ideal for apartments and other multi-storey buildings where the minimisation of floor to floor sound transfer is important.

A range of 10 colours is available in stock at Jacobsen offering rich wood grain visuals and textured concrete. Seven of these colours are wood grains available in 182 x 1220mm planks while three colours are concrete designs available in 470 x 610mm tiles.
