Hideaway Bins are proud to announce the upgrade of their Compact range, which is now available with Soft Close runners.

The smooth closing action of soft-close runners is increasingly popular in larger kitchens, and with this new upgrade it is now a great option for areas with limited space, such as apartment kitchens and bathrooms. This upgrade also means the closing action of Hideaway Compact Bins will be more consistent with other soft close drawer runners used elsewhere in the joinery.

While adding the new soft close feature, Hideaway Bins have not sacrificed functionality, maintaining ability for the runners to over-extend, allowing easy removal of buckets from beneath the benchtop.

The new Compact Soft Close runner features a real time cushion device and dry damper for extremely smooth movement. A press–release disconnect allows quick, effortless removal for installation and cleaning.

Bucket configurations range from a single 15L bucket through to a large 50L bucket — double units include 2 x 15L, 2 x 20L and 2 x 40L buckets. The smaller single bucket configurations work well in bathroom vanities where there is limited space or motor homes where the compact size is a perfect solution in a confined space. The larger double units are an ideal solution for the family kitchen assisting with waste and recycling and won't dominate valuable cupboard space.

Hideaway Bins have maintained the same high quality specifications with this new range — like top and/or side mounting options, Door Pull and Handle Pull units and pitch adjustment in the door bracket.
