The designer of the project chose modulyss Patchwork carpet tiles in colour Anthracite 965 for all the rooms of this Auckland Hotel which opened mid-2018. Patchwork has an original but vintage look, giving the rooms a soft and comfortable appearance.
The Sheraton Four Points Hotel in Auckland occupies a former commercial building structure so the inclusion of dBack Acoustic Backing on the carpet tiles was a simple, but effective solution to noise transfer for the developer. Along with reducing excessive noise from other rooms/floors, dBack Acoustic Backing absorbs footfall impact, reduces leg muscle fatigue and generally makes the environment a more comfortable place to be.
In the corridors, modulyss Pixel carpet tiles complement the guest room carpet perfectly, as they have been chosen in the same colour — Anthracite 965, just a different pattern.
The Heritage Carpets team love working with designers who are not afraid to do things differently and modulyss has the same attitude.
