The newly installed APL mini-exhibition features 10 display modules with over 25 products available for viewing. The products — common to the Altherm, First and Vantage range of windows and doors — include Residential Series, Metro Series, Metro Series ThermalHEART, APL Architectural Series, and Klima Series.

For ‘real-life’ context most of the products on display are installed within walk-in rooms that feature both exterior and interior cladding. This has allowed over-the-wall sliding doors to be displayed, one in Metro Series and one in APL Architectural Series, the latter part of a corner slider configuration.

Four pull-out cavity sliders, a dramatic 3.5m high, feature a range of APL aluminium entrance door panels with different hardware options. The pull-out sliders also showcase display boards with surface finish samples, including the Popular Range of powdercoat colours and the Mannex powdercoat range for doors.

The Klima Series uPVC range has hinged and sliding doors on display, as well as windows. This range is APL’s most energy-efficient product line.

The Auckland Home Ideas Centre is open seven days a week and displays a wide range of building products.
