The couple have established a large following through their content which is focused on doing it yourself where you can living sustainably.
“We put a lot of consideration into who we wanted to work with — Dimond Roofing share the same values as us when it comes to sustainability,” says Nikora.
Taylor agrees: “What I loved the most was that Dimond Roofing supports The Kea Conservation Trust; when we were down in the South Island, I fell in love with the kea, which is now an endangered species with only 7,000 left in the wild.”
The Current Place has created a series of videos across YouTube, Tiktok and Instagram showing the progress of their Woolshed’s re-roofing journey.
It’s been a match made in heaven, as the couple’s woolshed will take shape using Dimond Roofing products.
“Partnering with the Current Place seemed like a no-brainer – they are advocates for the new wave of homeowners who hold sustainability at the heart of what they do. Starting 2023 off with the partnership we have with The Current Place has been a highlight for Dimond,” says Jasmin Pakura, Dimond Roofing.
But it’s not the only exciting thing on the cards for Dimond Roofing. Fletcher Steel is celebrating 100 years this year, and as a Fletcher Steel brand, it’s a great time for Dimond Roofing to reflect on how much it has grown as a business and a leading sustainability focused brand since joining the Fletcher Steel family.
“The growth we see today reinforces that we’re not just another steel company that supplies roofing," says Pakura. We are a company that cares about our people, supports our communities and is doing the best we can for a better tomorrow, all while supplying high end and quality roofing and cladding material."
