The Department of Building and Housing (DBH) has endorsed the NZ Metal Roofing Manufacturers Code of Practice by way of formally acknowledging its value via the issuing of a foreword that recognises the industry's experience and expertise in the preparation of the Code of Practice and its usefulness as a resource for the industry.

The Code of Practice is already used as a reference document by large sectors of the industry and this endorsement, by the DBH, will enable others to utilise the Code of Practice with confidence.
