It is fibre-reinforced, water-resistant, and gypsum-based which combine to create a unique set of properties. The intertenancy solution

One area that Ace-Wall shines is in the intertenancy space, where CNZ have a solution tested and ready to roll into the market. With a competitive total thickness of less than 200mm, this is a serious space saving contender. CNZ have conducted a range of testing with AWTA, Canterbury Acoustics Christchurch, and Warringtonfire to demonstrate the suitability and provide confidence of this product within the New Zealand market. This solution meets the fire standards ASNZS 1530. 1, ASNZS 1530.3, ASNZS 1530.4, the thermal standards of ASNZS 4859.1, and the acoustic standards of ASTM E413-87.

Sizing and availability

While the prefabricated panels are manufactured in Adelaide Australia, CNZ Insulation is NZ’s only supplier of Ace-Wall. CNZ are holding stock in NZ to reduce lead times. 

Ace-Wall panels range in length from 2100mm to 3000mm long. The panels are 600mm wide and 100mm thick. The cavities measure 178mm x 74mm, with three cavities per panel.
