Architectural Metalformers are proud to have worked closely with Hulena Architects and PSL Construction on this impressive sprawling home in Coatesville, Auckland.

The Resene New Home over $2 million Regional Supreme Winner was a residential build titled “Lasting Impression”, a link of five pavilions with a footprint of 2,400sqm. Architectural Metalformers installed a custom gauge and tempered Euramax Aluminium to suit the project's requirements, resulting in a superb outcome for both homeowner and builder.

An enormous number of hours went into this build with over 13 tonne of material for the Standing Seam Roofing alone. In addition to the roofing, the project included 1.60mm Aluminium Fascia Panels, 6 x Garage and Hanger Door Panel Cladding, 7 x Chimney Features and a completely clad Louvre Area powdercoated in a custom colour to match the high quality Euramax Aluminium Roofing.

This build was impressively awarded Top 100 in NZ, Regional Supreme Winner in the New Home over $2 million category, the Regional Craftmanship Award which is awarded to the build with the highest score in the Workmanship category of the judging criteria, Regional Category Winner and the Gold Award.
