SuperSlab+ has been CodeMark certified to give architects peace of mind that they are specifying a compliant engineered insulated concrete foundation system. Importantly, SuperSlab+ is currently the only insulated raft slab foundation system in New Zealand with CodeMark certification for 90mm framing with bottom plate fixings, bringing increased efficiency to site.

Exceeds H1 standards in all zones

Allied Concrete has developed SuperSlab+ to be able to meet the new increased H1 requirements of the New Zealand Building Code. To make product specification as simple as possible, architects can use Allied Concrete’s online thermal calculator to help determine the right SuperSlab+ solution to meet H1 requirements on their projects.

Options for increased sustainability

Ecrete and QPOD can be incorporated into SuperSlab+ specifications to bring added sustainability to insulated flooring.

• QPOD: 100% recycled plastic pods which replace traditional polystyrene pods in the floor. The innovative pods are also lightweight and stackable, contributing to reduced transport emissions.

Fully insulated brick option

To help architects achieve H1 requirements without compromising on aesthetics, SuperSlab+ provides a thermally broken brick veneer slab system — the only fully insulated brick option available in New Zealand.
