This is the first of what will be a five year series that charts the progress of accelerating the introduction of Building Information Modelling into New Zealand’s construction industry.

The intention of this report is to create a baseline of information regarding the use of BIM within the New Zealand construction industry, and which — as the survey is repeated over time — will allow us to track how BIM usage changes.
