Mammoth Ceiling Insulation
Description

Mammoth ceiling blanket insulation is made in New Zealand from lofted, thermally bonded polyester fibres. Ceiling blanket is designed to fit into a ceiling cavity and lay over the joists to provide thermal insulation. The air under the blanket, the air trapped in the fabric and the air inside the hollow fibres all contribute to the blanket insulation.

The product range includes R1.8, R2.9, R3.2, R3.3, R3.6 and 4.0. These can be double layered to meet the Building Code.

Mammoth skillion sections are designed to promote high thermal performance in modern skillion roof or flat roof designs. High density and moisture-resistant they are made from 100% polyester with a controlled loft to ensure the required 25mm air ventilation gap to the roof is always maintained.

The product range includes R2.9, R3.2 and R3.6.
