Tredsafe have more than 40 stairnosing designs to suit all floorcoverings, including carpet, vinyl, and tiles as well as uncovered concrete and wooden stairs.  Aluminium is used as the base material, with a variety of different coloured inserts, offering various slip resistance, lighting and glow in the dark options.

Under section C of the New Zealand Building code, Tredsafe stairnosing achieves 10.3 kW/m2 in Critical Radiant Flux fire test for flooring.
