The Karen Walker Paints collection is inspired by the Bauhaus School of the 1920s whose concept was to create and combine colours from an emotional point of view rather than a technical one, to group colours in a way that tells a story rather than simply matching them tonally. With this in mind, Karen Walker and Resene created seven stories that, true to the Karen Walker style, play with the combining of opposites and putting together of ideas in surprising ways.

To showcase the colours, the Karen Walker Paints collection has a new look. Each palette has been recreated as a paint pour, pouring Resene testpots of the Karen Walker Paints colours together.

The new look collection is available from Resene ColorShops, selected Resene resellers and may be ordered online from the Resene website. Colours are available as handy Resene testpots and A4 swatches.
