RAUPIANO for Trade and High Temperature Waste

Manufactured by REHAU since 1996, and installed in New Zealand and Australia since 2011, RAUPIANO is ideal for use in commercial kitchens and trade waste applications.

RAUPIANO is made of mineral reinforced Polypropylene (PP-MD) with high temperature and chemical resistance. This makes it an ideal drainage solution for greasy and trade waste installations.

Rubber ring joints enable three times faster jointing than HDPE. RAUPIANO has half the thermal expansion of HDPE which means it doesn’t grow or bend during delivery to site. It also has a high resistance to warm environment installations and during high temperature discharge. This allows for straight, neat installs.

When the guidelines of the RAUPIANO Installation are adhered to, applications in ground or in concrete are acceptable.

RAUPIANO is approved for waste temperature up to 98°C (brief periods) as well as having resistance to chemicals between pH2 to pH12. Some chemicals are not suitable for RAUPIANO. For example, a school laboratory may need some verification as to the chemicals discharged, while chemicals found in petrol station applications are unsuitable for RAUPIANO.

By following the REHAU Traffic Light system for applications, RAUPIANO is your trusted choice for trade waste applications.
