MacDonald Industries offer waterproof housing for shower and valve models (Tempomix, Tempostop, and Securitherm). The housing prevents water infiltrations in the wall.

With a recessed valve, water infiltration can occur in the wall for various reasons such as a leak on a connection or from the valve itself or condensation. While the infiltration is hard to detect, the long term damages can mean rebuilding the wall which is very costly to fix for the owner. The solution is the waterproof box. It ensures that any water will drain outside the wall via a small channel in the seal. With fewer components in contact with the water, bacteria development is reduced.

Easy to install

The housing can be for all types of wall finishes 10 - 120mm (while maintaining the minimum recessed depth of 93mm) and is suitable for solid walls or panels. The unions and stopcocks are integrated.

Resistance to intensive use and vandalism

Delabie valves and Waterproof housing box have been designed to withstand intensive use and voluntary or involuntary vandalism.

Minimal servicing and easy to maintain

The solonoid valve, filter, stopcock and flow rate adjustment are all accessible from the front by simply removing the wall plate to gain access. Hydraulic connection from the exterior.
