Earlier touchless technology relied on a beam-based sensor that could easily be mistakenly activated by general movement in the vicinity of the toilet.

Kohler’s HygieneMax rimless pan technology contributes yet another level of hygiene to the ModernLife design — delivering a robust, double wash-down with optimal coverage of the interior bowl.

The ModernLife Touchless Flush Toilet Suite also offers a choice of two comfortable, quiet-close seat designs — the low profile Slim and the sophisticated Elite model. The latter features a battery-operated deodoriser, with a choice of fragrance packs, plus an LED night light.

And while touchless technology is the hero of this toilet suite, there is also a side push-button for manual flush.
