KerMac Industries has recently installed toilet cubicles and urinal privacy screens in new bathroom facilities as part of the Devonport Wharf redevelopments. The fresh vision for Devonport's waterfront area will see new retail spaces, boardwalks and public bathroom facilities to accommodate and enhance the ever growing popularity of Devonport.
KerMac Industries partnered with Palatine Construction to deliver a robust cubicle system that will go the distance and endure the increasing volume of public use. The high traffic bathroom facilities need to be durable and low maintenance to ensure there are no problems with heavy use.
KerMac's K-Compact cubicle system using 13mm KerMac compact laminate 'Drawbench' panels was selected by Jasmax. This system features water, impact and graffiti resistance, low maintenance requirements and anti-bacterial properties which are all necessary in a public bathroom environment.
"Designed to withstand high abuse, we back our systems with a two year warranty on installation and hardware and ten year warranty on 13mm compact laminate panels used," says Kerry McAuliffe, Director of KerMac Industries.
The K-Compact system features a paddle shift locking system, adjustable pedestals, bolt-through security fixings, spring loaded hinges and cast polished hardware.
