Fresh Colour Inspiration with the New Karen Walker Collection from Resene

The new collection includes the never-before-seen seventh palette, which has been in the wings for its grand entry.

The new collection continues to be inspired by the Bauhaus school of the 1920s, whose concept was to create and combine colours from an emotional point of view rather than a technical one, and to group colours in a way that tells a story rather than simply matching them tonally. With this in mind the collection includes seven colour stories that, true to the Karen Walker style, play with the combining of opposites and putting together of ideas in surprising ways.

A tailored blend of favourite hues from the original collections, the new collection includes variations of popular colours so you can create tonal colour schemes or subtler colour atmospheres. Each palette is presented on its own card so the palettes can be all laid out to be viewed en masse or mixed and mingled to suit.

Combining the strengths of two iconic Kiwi brands, decorators can buy the latest Karen Walker fashion tinted into their favourite quality Resene paints.
