Ask suppliers the questions:

Heritage will happily bring these into the country for your project advising you that the lead time will be between 6 - 8 weeks depending on stock.

• Are they suitable for my intended use?

• Which other carpet tile could I use here?

• Have there been any known defects?

• I have a series of small installations to be staggered - Are they in stock in NZ?

• (if not) What is the total lead time per order?

• Anything else you would like to know?

There are too many stories of designers getting sweet talked into specifying products required immediately which turn out to be unavailable for weeks on end.

While we carry a large stock holding here in NZ, the demand for carpet tiles is growing very quickly. You need to know what is readily available. Check the Heritage website to see what they are holding in stock now.

Heritage Carpets is fortunate to pick most imported orders from stock at the factory, but sometimes there is a manufacturing lead time involved. We can generally advise this within half a day.
