Englefield has developed a SlipSafe extra low-profile shower tray that offers unprecedented slip resistance, making entering and exiting the shower, especially for the elderly or infirm, a much easier and safer experience.

Made of sanitary grade anti-microbial acrylic with a textured surface, the Englefield SlipSafe Extra Low-Profile shower tray is fully compliant with non-slip surface requirements (AS/NSZ 4586:2004). The anti-slip texture is pressed into the acrylic material, rather than being a secondary application that could wear away with time, ensuring excellent durability. 

The shower tray has a low profile 60mm sill for ease of access and is available in square or round options in two sizes: 1000 x 1000mm and 900 x 900mm. Trays are compatible with all Englefield shower ranges. There are also matching, textured waste lids for the trays.

Englefield trays are rated to 150kg user weight, well above the industry standard of 100kg (AS 3588-1996 ). To ensure the highest durability possible, the trays undergo accelerated life testing (to simulate many years of use) by applying 150kg x 100,000 cycles.
