A redesigned roller and track system copes easily with heavier double-glazed sliders, allowing opening and closing with a minimum of effort.
The flushline sill, as its name implies, has a flush appearance imparted by a special elevated roller track. The clean lines and simplified styling can be accentuated even further by rebating the frame into the floor pad for a flush floor-to-frame look.
The system comes with either a sloped or square threshold. The latter provides the opportunity for a completely flush interior to exterior floor level, subject to appropriate set-downs and tolerances under the Building Code Clause E2.
Reliability is a priority in this slider system, with a firm choice made in favour of bottom-rolling rather than top-hung door systems to better manage lintel sag and ensure easy movement over the long term.
