Working with New Zealand Steel, Steltech has developed a range of High Capacity welded sections targeted specifically for columns and beams in high rise construction. Steltech now offers beams in G300 and G350 grades as well as G300L15 and G350L15 to meet the new seismic requirements of NZS3404.

High Capacity Sections are available in column, beam and col-beam section types with weights up to 700 kgs per metre. This product range allows designers to go much further than the normally available hot rolled steel sections using a readily available New Zealand made product.
