Liquid Applied Airtightness Membrane (AEROSANA VISCONN)
Description

AEROSANA VISCONN is a high quality, water-based acrylic dispersion paste that can be applied as a spray or using a brush. The sprayed-on liquid film forms a seamless, elastic air-retarding and vapour-retarding protective layer once it has dried.

  • Covers cracks and joints up to 3mm (20mm if the Fibre version is used in combination with fleece)
  • Permanent elasticity and high durability once it has dried
  • Can be plastered/painted over
  • Pro clima tapes can be stuck onto it
  • UV resistant for 90 days
  • Resists up to 2000mm water column pressure
  • Application temperature 5°C to 35°C
  • Coverage 750g/m² — depending on application thickness
Scope of Use
  • Can be used indoor and protected outdoor areas
  • Used for the creation of joints between windows, roofs, walls and floors
  • Can be used for strengthening subsurfaces in the case of renovations
  • Sticks to all standard construction materials, all proclima membranes and membranes made of aluminium and paper
  • Application temperature 5°C to 35°C
Limitations on Use
  • Must be protected from long term UV exposure
