Description

Polyclad Pro PU is a flexible and easy to cove and weld product creating an impervious, continuous surface which offers no sanctuary to dirt and bacteria and will not shed dust. With six new colours, it was agreed that a subtle marbling effect would be designed into the product to minimise the colour split. New Polyclad Pro retains a polyurethane surface treatment and the benefit are in terms of protecting the product in handling and installation, as well as creating a surface that may be more easily cleaned/wiped down in use.

Scope of Use

Developed specifically to meet the advanced requirements of today’s medical, science and electronics industries. Polyclad Pro PU is suitable for use in cleanrooms, semi-conductor manufacture, precision machinery manufacture, the pharmaceuticals industry and food processing plants and those areas where hygiene is critical.

Limitations on Use

Only used as a wall vinyl not on the floor.

Statement of Building Code Compliance

The most significant update to new Polyclad Pro PU is in relation to its fire performance and achieving EN 13501-1, B-s2-d0 as per the Single Burning Item Test (SBI) EN 13823.
