Dimondek 630
Description

Dimondek 630 is a revolutionary concealed fixed profile that can be manufactured on site in lengths up to 100 metres.  This allows freedom of design not previously possible, such as gutter to gutter sheets in a continuous draped curve.  Plus with no breaks and no screw holes through the roof, leaks are eliminated and the roof lasts longer.

Dimondek 630’s special rib design makes it so strong that not only can it span large buildings in a single sheet, it also allows wide purlin spacings previously restricted to pierced fixed trapezoidal roofing profiles.  This makes Dimondek 630 an economical choice for a concealed fixed roofing profile for large commercial jobs.

Key Features

The introduction of Dimondek 630 to the New Zealand market by Dimond has seen a change in the design of large commercial buildings.

Among other attributes, Dimondek 630 provides the unique ability to eliminate step joints in roofs through it's onsite manufacturing unit and as a result sheet lengths have increased markedly with the current New Zealand record standing at 65.5 metre sheets of Dimondek.
