Description

Finfloor 12 has a greater thickness for the sound of solid wood and greater strength.

Finfloor laminate flooring is manufactured in Galicia, Spain, where they are committed to using local products, nearly all their wood comes from forests near the Fibranor factory. Finfloor have developed Durable technology, which allows us to offer laminate flooring with maximum durability that will stand the test of time, while maintaining all the benefits of wood.

Limitations on Use

Interior use only
Must be installed by a qualified installer
Installation to be undertaken to Finfloor Installation Instructions and industry best practice guidelines
Must be maintained in line with Finfloor Care & Maintenance Guidelines
Substrate must have 75% or less relative humidity

Statement of Building Code Compliance

B2.3.1(c) Alternative Solution, Finfloor 12 is manufactured to EN 14041 standard and meets the minimum durability requirement of 5 years
C3.4(b) Acceptable Solution, Finfloor 12 achieves Bfl-s1 fire rating when assessed to EN 13501-1, which results from achieving CRF ≥8.0 kW/m² when tested to ISO 9239-1
D1.3.3(d) Acceptable Solution, Finfloor 12 achieves P3 slip rating when tested to AS4586-2013 Appendix A
E3.3.3, E3.3.5 Alternative Solution, Finfloor 12 has been tested to ISO4760:2022 and is shown to be impervious to water penetration
