Mario Romano Walls simplifies the routering process, choose from over 50 pre-designed patterns. Designs are scaled to fit each bespoke outcome, eliminating complicated CAD documentation, all files are processed in-house.

All designs are routed directly into Staron Solid Surface offering the many benefits that solid surfaces are known for. The Fins can be utilised as a standalone feature or integrated into other design elements that Staron Solid Surface offer.

In particular Mario Romano Wall Fins are a collection of designs that are depicted across single panel lengths that can range in widths and are mechanically fixed to the substrate. Each panel overlaps the preceding panel and the chosen design is displayed across the finished wall.

Scope of Use

The Mario Romano Wall Fins are manufactured from Staron Solid Surface, and can be utilised as a standalone feature or integrated into other design elements that Staron Solid Surface offer.

The Fin design is perfect for exterior applications and requires no adhesive for bonding, panels are directly screwed into the substrate and then overlap one another concealing the mechanical connections.

B2 Durability compliant: 10-year warranty avaliable, acrylic solid surface is repairable and renewable and can effectively last a lifetime.
C Protection from fire compliant, Clause C3 Fire effecting areas beyond fire source: Group 1S Fire rated to C/VM2 in accordance with AS ISO 9705:2003
Note: The result was achieved from a fire test room where the ceiling and three walls were lined with panels.

Other Performance Attributes

Mario Romano Walls are manufactured as large puzzle pieces and can be installed quickly into projects. Puzzle piece sizes can also be modified where required for installation access limitations. The whole process is extremely adaptable from the design selection to installation, delivering a very user-friendly outcome to the specifier.
