BRANZ Impact Testing was conducted on 4mm annealed glass with a single layer of 100 micron polyester film with an abrasion resistant coating. This applies to the Safety S40 Exterior Window Film. In addition, this film contains UV protection in the coating which has no effect on impact resistance of the 100 micron polyester base.
