Louvretec Auckland’s Manufacturing team constructed the bays of Opening Roofs to finished sizes in the Auckland factory, effectively creating a kit-set that was ready to install, eliminating the need for any cutting on-site — only assembly.

Louvretec Auckland’s installation crew flew to site to ensure a smooth, efficient installation, assisted by Louvretec’s local dealer in New York, Blindtek. Blindtek work with high profile architect Barnes Coy who design architecturally significant homes with considerations including, "Respect for the site, dramatic forms, coherence of function, exterior-interior design integration, appropriateness and aesthetics of materials."

Louvretec was fortunate to win this contract, with other companies wary of the complex angles this job required. Louvretec’s engineering and experience outclassed other louvre suppliers for this project — something the Louvretec team are very proud of.
