Entries are now open across New Zealand and Australia for the 39th Dulux Colour Awards, inviting architects, interior designers, specifiers and design students to submit projects demonstrating innovative and creative use of Dulux colours across the exterior and interior residential, public and commercial spaces.

The annual awards programme provides an opportunity to focus on the creative use of colour in design to celebrate and recognise local emerging and established design talent. Dulux encourages entries from individuals, groups, partnerships and those working in larger practices, no matter the size or scope of work, with projects completed between 1 September 2023 and 31 December 2024.

Entry is free. Entries close 21 February 2025. 

Winners will be announced 29 May 2025 at the Gala Event in Melbourne

Award prizes

All New Zealand finalists: Receive $1,000 (in the form of a travel voucher) to use towards travel to the Dulux Colour Awards event in Melbourne as well as the opportunity to win the New Zealand Grand Prix title*

New Zealand Student finalists: The opportunity to win the New Zealand Student category award and NZ$500

New Zealand Grand Prix Winner: Receives NZ$5,000 and a feature in HOME magazine
