Autex 100% Recyclable Insulation Solution for Christchurch Temporary Housing

GreenStuf and QuietStuf are manufactured from 100% polyester fibres and contain a minimum of 45%, and up to 85% previously recycled polyester fibre (from PET bottle-flake). The thermal bonding process used to make Autex Insulation means the material is self-supporting in walls and ceilings and won’t breakdown over time. It also means no nasty chemicals are required so the product is entirely safe to touch and handle. Autex provides a 50 Year Manufacturers Durability Warranty for all GreenStuf and QuietStuf insulation materials and assures the reuse and/or recycling of both of these products through the Autex Insulation take-back scheme.

Autex GreenStuf and QuietStuf products are proudly manufactured in New Zealand under strict ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified Quality and Environmental Management Systems. Appraised GreenStuf products also proudly carry the ECNZ tick. In choosing Autex insulation, you receive products of exceptional quality and performance manufactured with care and consideration for our environment. All GreenStuf and QuietStuf products are manufactured under Autex’s ‘Zero Waste Policy’ where manufacturing waste and off-cuts are reprocessed or recycled. GreenStuf insulation is also independently appraised by BRANZ to meet all requirements of the New Zealand building code.
