With double or triple-glazed, thermally broken flush glazed louvre blades, the Ventüer HAHN-S9iVA louvre window provides excellent ventilation, weather tightness and thermal protection. The stepped glass inserts create a clear flush all-glass look to outside of units for seamless integration into the facade design.
Installation requirements for the HAHN-S9iVA glass louvre system vary dependent on the site wind loads, louvre panel sizes, cladding type and primary structure detailing. Ventüer provides full shop drawings for all installations which show sequencing, fixing type and sizing, flashing requirements and sealant details. Installers should make themselves fully conversant with these shop drawings prior to installation commencing.
The HAHN series of glass louvres have been supplied to the New Zealand market via Ventüer since 2019. Prior to this period they were distributed by another reseller, and there are multiple projects through New Zealand featuring the HAHN systems.
Warranty information and maintenance requirements to comply with B2 can be found in the Ventüer Aluminium Ventilation Louvre Operation & Maintenance Manual
Effective use of passive ventilation devices such as glass louvre systems can significantly reduce the energy consumption of a building, reducing both its carbon footprint and whole of life cost.
Ventüer designs and supplies engineered natural and mechanical ventilation products and systems for commercial, industrial and high-density residential construction projects.
