Description

Resene ClinicalCote is a low-odour, washable waterborne paint finish formulated with anti-microbial silver for use on broadwall areas in buildings such as hospitals, rest homes, medical centres and clinics. Available in satin and low sheen.

Colour: Selected Resene Total Colour System, including BS5252, Multi-Finish, Whites & Neutrals and The Range.
Easy to clean, designed to withstand alcohol and glycol containing hospital cleaners. The painted surface can be cleaned just seven days after application.
Contains anti-microbial silver protection. Anti-microbial silver protection is internationally recognised as a safe and healthy method of deodorising and sanitising surfaces.
Excellent flow properties drying to a luxurious low sheen or satin finish.
Very low odour.
Burnish resistant.
Controlled low-angle sheen to minimise substrate imperfections.
Clean, spatter-free application.
An Eco Choice approved product.

Scope of Use

Typical Uses: Interior walls and ceilings.

Limitations on Use

Do not apply at temperatures below 10°C or when it is liable to drop below 10°C during the drying period.
Not recommended for use in bathrooms, kitchens or laundries (use Resene SpaceCote Low Sheen Kitchen & Bathroom – see Data Sheet D311K).
Washability improves over several days as the paint hardens.
Will not penetrate chalky and powdery surfaces.
Not normally used on opening sashes and doors (use Resene Lustacryl – see Data Sheet D310).

Resene decorative coatings are tinted using unique Resene non-VOC tinters to achieve the desired colour without added VOCs. Engineered Systems Coatings products are tinted using special Resene industrial tinters.
