The Multicube cubicle system, cantilevered off the back wall, is designed to be suspended above the floor with no fixing to the ceiling or the floor. Easy cleaning is made possible by the absence of floor fixing. The use of compact laminate ensures Multicube is strong and durable and has a functional but floating look with its clean lines and rebated doors.
Resco's partitions are used to offer privacy in communal toilet, shower or change room facilities. The compact laminate panels are extremely versatile, allowing the systems to be installed in wet and high-abuse environments.
In case of unisex facilities, Resco recommends building solid walls running floor to ceiling. Resco's partitioning systems are a standard height of 1976mm with a 160mm gap on the bottom.
If front fascia is over 940mm, a pedestal will be required. Multicube needs to be between walls at a maximum of 6 cubicles. Resco products are meant for internal use — compact laminate panels are not colourfast in New Zealand’s UV conditions.
Resco's Multicube partitioning system meets the following provisions of the NZBC:
Resco products have been installed over the last 20 years. All systems use compact laminate — this is the right product for use in wet, high use and abuse areas. Originating in Europe in 1959, compact laminate has proved popular throughout the world and is the main choice for cubicles in Europe, America, Asia and Australasia.
Resco systems are a sound choice for use to meet the Greenstar rating system. They meet the requirements of IEQ-3 Indoor Air Quality due to the low formaldehyde and VOC emissions.
Resco custom manufacture a range of cubicles, wall linings, lab benches and screens perfect for wet, high traffic and high-abuse areas.
