Under section C of the New Zealand Building code, Comcork Walk Easy achieves 7.3-8.3 kW/m2 (dependent on thickness) in the Critical Radiant Flux fire test for flooring.

Comcork walk easy achieves a slip resistance value of greater than 0.4 according to AS/NZS3661.& Under section D1 of the New Zealand Building code, this can be assumed as the equivalent of a slip resistance value of 39 according to AS4586, the wet pendulum test  making it an acceptable solution for access routes
