Intergrain Liquid 8 Timber Stripper is a fast acting, easy to use, water soluble gel timber finish and paint remover, and is suitable for interior and exterior application.

The N-Methylpyrrolidone (NMP) and Methylene Chloride (MV)+ Free formula has been specifically developed for safer interior usage. With excellent softening and deep penetration that allows multiple layers to be stripped in a single application, Liquid 8 Timber Stripper quickly and effectively removes most water and oil based timber coatings including acrylics, polyurethanes and varnishes.

Limitations on Use

Note: Do not use on plastic surfaces, vinyl, masonite or rubber
Not suitable for epoxies and 2-Pack oil based coatings
Some oil-based coatings will continue to bubble and strip even after the stripper has been removed

Use in a well ventilated area
Avoid skin and eye contact — wear protective gloves and glasses

Other Performance Attributes

Liquid 8 Timber Stripper is free from Methylene Chloride and NMP which are found in most traditional paint and varnish strippers. This makes Liquid 8 Timber Stripper safer for interior usage, and gentler on the environment when compared to traditional strippers.
