ETERPAN® MD fibre cement board finds extensive application in internal linings, serving as a reliable choice for both the final product and as a substrate for tile, plaster, stone, or brick installations. In particular, it is highly suitable for wet wall linings in bathrooms where tiles are commonly used. Its outstanding resistance to moisture makes it an ideal choice for wet areas.
Additionally, ETERPAN® MD is available in sanded and unsanded variants, allowing flexibility in selecting the appropriate finish, such as painting the board as the final touch.
ETERPAN® comes in various sizes, thicknesses and finishes:
ETERPAN® MD is a fibre cement board created using the advanced flow-on technology. This durable board is composed of Portland cement, cellulose fibres, sand, and water. Thanks to flow-on technology, it possesses excellent dimensional stability and can support a weight of up to 100kg per square metre on a 9mm thick board.
ETERPAN® MD has a long-standing production history dating back to 1905, manufactured by Etex, which is still headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.
Over the years, consistent enhancements have been made to its formula and manufacturing techniques. It has been available in New Zealand since approximately 1995.
Fibre Cement Solutions specialise in offering ETERPAN, a premium fibre cement board, made with Flow On technology.
