Description

ETERPAN® MD is a fibre cement board made with flow-on technology. It is made of New Zealand Portland cement, New Zealand cellulose fibres, sand and water.

ETERPAN is used for external cladding, base for stone and brick slips, soffits, decks, internal linings, ceilings, flooring, in situ formwork, rigid wall underlay and ceramic tile underlay.

ETERPAN comes in various sizes, thicknesses and finishes:

6mm, 7.5mm, 9mm, 12mm, 20mm thicknesses
1200 x 2400mm, 1200 x 2700mm, 1200 x 3000mm boards
Square edge, recessed edge, and tongue & groove
Sanded and unsanded

In-Service History

ETERPAN® MD has a long-standing production history dating back to 1905, manufactured by Etex, which is still headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.

Over the years, consistent enhancements have been made to its formula and manufacturing techniques. It has been available in New Zealand since approximately 1995.
