Dulux Prepcoat Sealer Binder is a white pigmented oil based paint which binds thin, powdery films of kalsomine or chalky paint to the original surface and seals porous surfaces providing a sound surface for subsequent top coats.

Dulux Prepcoat Sealer Binder may be used on interior and exterior surfaces to seal off residues of kalsomine or powdery chalky paint and also to seal very porous surfaces such as set plaster, masonry, cement, cement sheet, bricks, etc.
