Description

CS Fixed-Head detail is available with any CS Cavity Slider using CS SmartMount. With no head jambs to remove, this detail makes installation and removal of the door from the pocket easier.

Scope of Use

Compatible with CS SofStop Single (soft close) or Twin (soft open & soft close)
Compatible with M6 wheels (up to 120kg) per leaf or M8 wheels (up to 240kg)

Limitations on Use

Units should be installed completely before the ceiling is fitted. Take care to ensure installed track height suits ceiling installation
Install the unit as per the standard instructions supplied

Statement of Building Code Compliance

CS Cavity Sliders will, if employed in accordance with the supplier's installation and maintenance requirements, assist with meeting the following provisions of the building code:

Clause B1 Structure: Performance B1.3.1, B1.3.2 and B1.3.4. CS Cavity Sliders meet the requirements for loads arising from self-weight, earthquake, wind and impact [i.e. B1.3.3 [a], [f], [h] and [j]]
Clause B2 Durability: Performance B2.3.1 [a], not less than 50 years, [b], 15 years and [c], 5 years. CS Cavity Sliders meet these requirements
Clause F2 Hazardous Building Materials: Performance F2.3.1. CS Cavity Sliders meet this requirement and will not present a health hazard to people
