Description

Built to last, Aqua Performance is guaranteed to protect your flooring for years to come, featuring an integrated vapour barrier and convenient peel-and-stick tape for easy installation.

Aqua Performance underlay is made from a closed cell, electron beam crosslinked, polyolefin foam with an outer skin and additional PE vapour barrier film. The composite is free of heavy metals, plasticisers and CFCs.

  • Thickness: 2.0mm
  • Width: 1m

  • No residual chemical contaminants from electron beam cross-linking process
  • Good compressive strength for protection of floating floor joints
  • Good compressive creep for resistance to heavy static load over time
  • Comes with integrated vapour barrier to protect the floating floor from moisture rising from the subfloor

Scope of Use
  • Recommended underlay for floating floor installation of Belgotex Laminate, Engineered Timber, European Hardened Timber (Parky and Kahrs only) ranges
  • Suitable for use in residential or commercial areas
  • Suitable on timber and concrete subfloors
Limitations on Use
  • Interior use only
  • Can be used as underlay for floating floor installation of Belgotex laminate and timber flooring in watersplash areas and within 1.5m of a sanitary fixing
  • Installation to be undertaken to the specific floating floor installation instructions and industry best practice guidelines
  • Not recommended for use with Bjelin European Hardened Timber - use Aqua Elite underlay instead
