Description

Neoflex Gym Tiles from Advance have been developed and engineered for general fitness gyms and CrossFit application. Highly durable and resilient to pounding as a result of the dual layer construction, they are also slip resistant, creating a safe exercise environment.

Standard thicknesses are available, otherwise custom thickness with custom toppings are available.

Bevelled edge and flush edge options available.

Scope of Use
  • Idea for gyms —  durability, flexibility, safety, comfort, slip resistance and aesthetic appeal makes Neoflex an ideal solution

Limitations on Use

Neoflex being made from small granules of rubber is porous. Therefore Neoflex is not suited for use in applications such as bathrooms and commercial kitchens where eventually the dirt and grime enters the pores and is hard to remove and creates an odour.

  • Complies with all Australian and New Zealand Building Code requirements, including Fire Safety EN ISO 9239-1 (2010)
In-Service History

Neoflex Gym Tiles from Advance Flooring have been used extensivley around New Zealand including Snap Fitness, Les Mills, REVL Gym, St Andrews College, Lincoln University and Hereford Apartments for example.

Other Performance Attributes

All Neoflex commercial and recreational rubber flooring product is made with materials that are not known to pose any hazard to the environment and to the people during the manufacturing and handling process. Neoflex is free of asbestos, free of halogens and free of PVC
