Frontek Panels are the world's only 19mm extruded panels designed for facades. Thanks to the revolutionary production process each piece is manufactured to perfection.
Frontek is unique in ceramic facades as it has the advantage of being one of the lightest, but strongest solutions on the market. With a weight of just 32kg/m² and only 19mm, it is still one of the toughest ceramic facades available today. Increasing the size of the panel does not increase the thickness required, so the weight per m² stays the same no matter what panel size is specified.
Frontek extruded panels are the only thick panels that are rectified on all four sides, therefore offering levels of tolerance unattainable for other materials.
Extruded panels are compact porcelain that allows a wide range of finishes and sizes. The porcelain ensures they have extremely low water absorption, especially compared to natural stone and terracota. It also ensures its cleanability is higher than other similar facades.
The Frontek ventiliated facade system is designed for use with South Pacific Shingles' unique mechanical fixings systems. This includes low cost systems for interior wall systems.
The standard catalogue of textures, polished and printed finishes includes recent metallic and customised designs to meet latest trends.
