APT are delighted to announce a remarkable achievement for their APT Tiaki initiative. Since November 2021, in collaboration with the New Zealand Native Forests Restoration Trust (NFRT), APT has successfully funded the planting and protecting of 10,000+ native trees across New Zealand's pristine landscapes.
The APT Tiaki initiative, grounded in APT's unwavering commitment to environmental conservation and sustainability, has gained substantial momentum over the past year. This milestone represents a significant step towards a broader mission of safeguarding the natural beauty and ecological diversity of New Zealand.
The NFRT, renowned for its dedication to native forest restoration, has been an invaluable partner on this journey. Together with their expertise, APT's steadfast dedication, they have made a substantial positive impact on the environment.
But APT couldn't have achieved this without the remarkable support of their partners and customers. Their shared vision for a more sustainable future has been the driving force behind this achievement.
These 10,000 native trees are not just a number but a symbol of our collective responsibility to protect and preserve the environment. Each tree stands as a testament to APT's ongoing commitment to sustainability and ecological conservation.
APT will continue its commitment to planting — and protecting — one native tree in New Zealand for every Corian Solid Surface sheet, sink and basin, and every FENIX sheet, panel and sink sold. In addition to this, a native tree will be planted for every product delivery.
APT invite everyone to celebrate this milestone and look forward to continuing our journey towards a more sustainable, greener planet. Together, we can make a profound difference for future generations.
