Dimond NPM 900 Metal Tray
Description

Dimond has worked with Nuralite to develop NPM 900, a metal tray that is perfect for under Enertherm PIR insulation boards. NPM 900 has been designed with strong ribs that resist buckling under concentrated loads reducing the chance of damage on roofs or deflection.

The system is installed with a wide surface for the boards to be laid onto and for the screws to fasten into. Conservative spans are 3m internal and 2m external. The minimum thickness is 0.55 though other options are available to accommodate wider spans.

By significantly increasing the spans over plywood structures, significant savings are made in building time and material costs.

Key Features
  • Lightweight building structure
  • Quicker build times as it can be laid fast
  • Cheaper than using plywood or concrete as a substrate
  • Can be used as substrate for PIR boards in a Nuratherm Warm Roof System

Scope of Use

The Dimond NPM900 metal tray is used as a substrate for the Nuralite Warm Roofing System.

Because of the savings in building structure by using NPM900, a Nuratherm roof can be installed for around the same cost as a traditional cold roof on plywood.
