Description

SecuraOne®is the next evolution of hot and cold systems, offering standardised PB and PEX pipes with one range of fittings designed to work with both. SecuraOne®has a range of market leading features and is backed by a 25 year warranty from Marley.

Key Features
  • SecuraOne® PB and PEX pipes are made to the same metric SDR9 dimensions to provide a standardised yet high performance offer, making it easier to select and purchase either pipe depending on the job requirements.
  • One set of SecuraOne® tools are all that’s needed for crimping SecuraOne® fittings for both SecuraOne® PB and SecuraOne PEX pipes.
  • Made from lead free brass so SecuraOne® fittings meet the new building code regulations for drinking water safety.
  • SecuraOne® fittings have longer barbs for better pipe to fitting alignment and with more barbs for better sealing and grip performance, including an additional pipe grip barb to hold the pipe in place while crimping.
  • SecuraOne® PB made to SDR9 dimensions and SecuraOne® PEX made with PE100 means the system has a PN20 pressure rating.
  • SecuraOne® offers a range of sizes in both PEX and PB with 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm and 32mm. The new 32mm PEX and PB pipe with fittings is perfect for light commercial applications.
  • Independently tested and 3rd party accredited to comply to New Zealand and Australian standards for the complete SecuraOne® system to ensure a quality product.
  • SecuraOne® comes with a full 25 year warranty covering pipes and fittings if there is a product failure not resulting from incorrect installation.
Scope of Use
  • Potable hot and cold water piping system
  • SecuraOne® PB made to SDR9 dimensions and SecuraOne® PEX made with PE100 means the system has a PN20 pressure rating.
  • SecuraOne® offers a range of sizes in both PEX and PB with 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm and 32mm. The new 32mm PEX and PB pipe with fittings is perfect for light commercial applications.
Limitations on Use
  • SecuraOne® is primarily a potable hot and cold water piping system, using the system for any other purpose cannot be covered by the SecuraOne® Warranty.
  • For chemicals other than potable water check the SecuraOne® Chemical Resistance Chart for known compatibility.
  • Use of SecuraOne® for any other purpose other than potable water is at the installers risk.
Statement of Building Code Compliance
  • B2: Durability – SecuraOne® pipe and fittings will meet and exceed the 50-year durability requirement of B2. 
  • G12/AS1: As a fully certified system, SecuraOne® meets all the certification tests required by WaterMark, StandardsMark and SMark and will therefore meet the requirements of G12/AS1 as a potable Hot and Cold-water system.
  • H1 Energy Efficiency – SecuraOne® pipe meets the volume requirements of NZS 4305
In-Service History

SecuraOne hot and cold syystem is an evolution of the SecuraGold hot and cold system which has been used successfully in the NZ market for over 30 years.
