Cabot's Deck & Exterior Stain Oil Based
Description

Cabot's Deck & Exterior Stain is an oil based stain that protects and transforms the look of exterior timber, decks and garden furniture. Its penetrating formulation protects timber from the most damaging environmental factors, offering UV protection and water resistance. It enhances the timber look offering a beautiful, long-lasting finish.

  • Sizes: 250ml, 1L, 5L, 10L
  • Coverage: 10m²/L (depending on porosity of timber)

Scope of Use
  • Exterior timber projects including decks, pergolas, fences, gates, weatherboard and garden furniture
Limitations on Use
  • Do not apply this product in temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius or above 35 degrees Celsius, or when rain or heavy dew is expected during the drying period
  • In hot temperatures do not apply in direct sunlight, cool the timber by lightly dampening with water and coat in the shade
Other Performance Attributes

Maintenance:

Every 12 months check coated timber for changes in colour or water repellency diminishes due to weathering. When required,

  • 1. Clean the surfaces with Deck Clean as per label instructions
  • 2. Recoat with 1-2 coats of Decl & Exterior Stain OB

Use Cabot’s Everyday Deck Wash to refresh exterior timber decking and help remove dirt, dust and bird droppings for everyday use.
