Promatect 100 is for internal applications only

Promatect 100 for 2hr protection on walls

Single layer system either side of steel or timber stud for -/120/120 or 120/120/120.

• Wall heights up to 7800mm using standard steel studs (For wall height higher than 7800mm please contact Forman)
• Reduced installation costs
• Thinnest footprint 104mm (cf GIB 128mm)
• The surface of the board allows it to be taped and set and used as a finished product
• Steel or timber studs at 600mm centres (same as GIB)
• System can achieve acoustic ratings

4hr walls (-/240/240) can also be achieved using Promatect 100/20mm — Two layers either side of stud work.

Promatect 100 for 2hr protection on ceilings

Promatect 100/20mm can be used to protect fire from below and fire attack from both directions 

• Large spans available (up to 10m)
• Fire attack from above and below requires a single layer of 20mm either side of stud work (same system in GIB requires 5 layers of GIB board 3 on bottom, 2 on top)
• Reduced installation costs
• Steel or timber studs at 600mm centres (same as GIB)
• System can achieve acoustic ratings

4hr ceiling (-/240/240) can also be achieved using Promatect 100/20mm.  Two layers either side of stud work.

• Not designed for areas subject to continual damp or high temperatures
• Not for exterior use

• Resistant to moisture; will not physically deteriorate when used in damp or humid conditions
• Performance is not degraded by age
